I rent an older house and while cleaning out the garage for a council clean-up I came across a pile of old suitcases circa 50's-70's with travel tags still attached.
I am somewhat obsessed with vintage typography and design, and am constantly blown away by the simplicity & style pre-digital typesetting.
Airline & travel branding has always been at the forefront of design with the need to inspire confidence, comfort and optimism and these tags & labels are a great example of that.
