The Curious Case of Dolphin Bay is an Australian children’s feature film that evokes a classic sense of mystery and adventure while delivered in a contemporary and relatable manner for a tween audience.

In addition to cutting the trailer, we had the pleasure of developing concepts that were photographed in a studio and composited into a creepy, immersive cave. Without detailed concepts referencing lighting, expressions and poses, this execution would not have been possible to capture from unit coverage, and this highlights the importance of engaging an agency early and taking detailed ideas and references into production.
